Import a user from Active Directory

1. Go to System Administration of AX Client.
2. Click on the Import button in the New section of action pane .
3. Select a domain and input the first name,alias etc 
4. Click Next and select the check box of the user appeared and click next and finally click finish.

Note: If you do not get any user after adding the name, then you have to ensure that the particular user in in the Active directory group.(contact/ask your System Administrator)
